# Practice stays on your side of the glass

The mirror path is limited to approved screen sharing and ephemeral on-device frame handling. Accounts exist for entitlement—not a cloud dance library.

## Consent is session-specific

Fresh user consent is required whenever a screen-sharing session starts.

Ending the session ends that permission. Starting another session requires a new system consent flow.

## Media handling

- Video frames are processed ephemerally on-device and are not retained.
- Dancer Mirror captures no audio, makes no recording, and uploads no frames.
- Frame content is not used as analytics data.

## Accounts and purchases

Accounts exist only for entitlement, promo attribution, device binding, and affiliate operations—never for a social feed or cloud practice library.

If you create an account, we email that address for sign-in codes, purchase receipts, and a few notes about your free practice allowance: how many intro sessions are left, and when the weekly allowance is used. Extra practice reminders stay off until you turn them on in Account or from a link in one of those notes. Every practice reminder has an unsubscribe link. We send mail with Twilio SendGrid as our email processor. We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it for advertising or with data brokers.

Purchase metadata and device binding support Lifetime Pro restore across platforms. Capture frames are never part of that data.

A valid artist code may be stored on-device and on the signed-in account for 30 days so checkout can credit the artist who referred you. This is not an advertising cookie and is not used to track you across other apps or sites.

## App protections remain in control

Protected content may appear black when an app prevents screen sharing.

Dancer Mirror does not attempt to bypass an app's sharing restriction.

## Camera compare (when available)

Optional front-camera side-by-side or ghost views stay local on your device for reference. User-camera practice takes are separate from capture-path frames and are not mixed with MediaProjection streams.

## This trust site

On dancermirror.com, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which counts page views with an analytics cookie. The site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Promo validation calls the entitlement API when you open an artist link. Deployment-level request logging is controlled by the host and must be reviewed before launch.
