What we collect for payouts

  • Legal name, email, phone
  • Tax residency and service-performance country
  • PAN (India), GSTIN (if registered), foreign tax ID / TRC / treaty declarations
  • Bank / UPI / remittance details
  • Invoices, commission and benefit ledgers, TDS/GST decisions, payment references
  • Artist Partner Agreement acceptance records

  • Pay marketing commissions and entitlement rewards
  • Deduct and report tax as required by Indian law and remittance rules
  • Fraud prevention, audit, and dispute resolution
  • Legal retention (tax, accounting, consumer disputes)

Access

Finance / admin operators with role-based access. PAN and bank details are not sent to marketing analytics tools.

Retention vs account deletion

You may request profile deletion or anonymisation. Tax and payout records may be retained for the legally required period even after profile deletion.
