Refunds

Lifetime Pro is sold by Apple and Google. Their store policies control purchase refunds — we do not run a separate in-app refund trap.

Store-managed purchases

Dancer Mirror (HousingStreet Marketing and Consulting Pvt. Ltd; registered legal name HOUSINGSTREET MARKETING AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED) does not charge your card directly. Lifetime Pro (`lifetime_pro` or artist-promo `lifetime_pro_promo`) is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Request refunds through those platforms first. Typical Play windows are short (often within about 48 hours for self-serve); after that, contact the developer. Apple has its own Report a Problem flow. Where store rules are stricter or looser than seven days, we follow the store.

  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com or Account → Purchase History.
  • Google Play:Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

What we do when a refund is granted

When Apple or Google notifies us of a refund or revocation — or when an admin marks a purchase refunded after store confirmation — we:

  • Mark the purchase as refunded in our dashboard
  • Reverse affiliate attribution (seller commission and one-level artist referral bonus)
  • Update entitlement so Lifetime Pro access follows store status

Artist payouts wait for a short settlement window so refunded seats are not paid out.Artist commissions for a calendar month are cleared by the 10th of the second month after it closes (e.g. August by 10 October). Apple and Google Play send August proceeds about 45–50 days after the month ends. We pay you after that money is in our account. Amounts may be net of required tax withholding.

Promo codes

Artist codes unlock the promo SKU price. A code is not a separate cash coupon fromDancer Mirror. Misuse may disable the code.
