Artist Partner Agreement

Parties

This agreement is between HousingStreet Marketing and Consulting Pvt. Ltd (registered legal name HOUSINGSTREET MARKETING AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED; publisher of the consumer brand Dancer Mirror) and the individual or entity applying to promote Lifetime Pro.

Nature of the program

This is a closed marketing partner program. There is no join fee. Affiliate partners are paid only on verified end-customer promo purchases (L1) and, one level only, on verified sales by artists who applied with their code and stay on Affiliate (L2). Sponsored partners are paid an agreed campaign fee and license delivered posts so we may run them as ads. Referring someone who never sells pays nothing. This is not MLM, a pyramid, an investment, or employment.

Customer attribution

The first valid artist code captured from a deep link, QR, Play install referrer, or first successful Apply sticks for 30 days on the device and, after sign-in, on the dancer account. An explicit Apply of a different valid code in the app replaces that sticky code and restarts the 30-day window. Auto-prefill from a link is not an override. List-price Lifetime Pro is not attributed. Buying the promo SKU on your own linked dancer account may receive the discount but pays no L1 or L2 commission.

Dancers enter codes in Dancer Mirror. Codes are not redeemed on Apple or Google store gift-card / Redeem pages. Payment is always in-app purchase through StoreKit or Play Billing.

Payouts and tax

Commissions follow the live slabs on the artists page. Track A (Affiliate) commissions for a calendar month clear by the 10th of the second month after it closes (August by 10 October), after Apple and Google Play proceeds land (~45–50 days). India payouts require PAN and bank verification. Withholding uses the CA Form 131 path, not a substitute Form 16A promise. Store refunds claw back related L1/L2. KYC is required before the first payout. Sponsored campaign fees are paid on their own UTR and are not mixed into the commission CSV.

Marketing

Disclose Ad / Paid partnership / Affiliate link. Do not promise guaranteed income, downlines, or store Redeem instructions. See the influencer disclosure note in the legal pack. Spam, fake urgency, and trademark misuse are grounds for suspension.

Grievance and contact

Interim partner / grievance contact (counsel to confirm the designated officer before public recruitment): help@dancermirror.com and support@dancermirror.com. Appeals of a suspension or payout decision should be sent within 30 days.

Apply

Applying on the artist portal requires accepting this version. Material updates may require re-acceptance before the next payout. Direct Selling / pyramid opinion from counsel remains an owner gate — this publication is not a lawyer-cleared stamp.
